So, a bit about us.  We are a married, sort of retired couple in our mid 60’s.  We moved from Los Angeles to Dallas in 2021, and we travel…a lot.  But, our travel is a bit different.  Through a weird series of events over the past 20 years we’ve become really good friends with a number of touring punk rock bands.  So we structure our travel around these tours in order to hang out with our friends in the bands and people we’ve met over the years as well as visit places around the world including great craft cocktail bars.  We’ve been to hundreds of shows over the years and visited most of the US , Europe and Australia. 

Whether it’s discovering hidden speakeasies from every corner of the earth, spending time with my favorite bands, or creating novel cocktails in my home bar in Dallas with my amazing wife Deena, I’ve been fortunate enough to be able to compose a unique and limitless storyline for this chapter in my life.

Removing the conventional constraints of how things like retirement or hobbies are “supposed” to be has enabled experiences, friendships, and memories far surpassing average baselines. This page allows me to share my experiences for other’s entertainment so that they may learn something new, live vicariously, or to inspire their own adventure-seeking.
